Summer is our busiest season and often key weeks such as Memorial Day, July 4th, Newport Jazz Festival, Newport Folk Festival and Labor Day, are booked by January or February.

For the months of July and August, all rentals are weekly – Saturday PM to Saturday AM.  Rentals outside of July and August are a 3 night minimum at the discretion of jamestownrirental.com.
