Linens & towels are supplied by owner, with cleaning fee included, however if the home is not left in an acceptable condition an additional cleaning fee will be assessed against your damage deposit. This is a NON-smoking home. You may smoke or vape outside, but please dispose of all cigarettes properly in the trash. If the home interior smells of smoke, your damage deposit will not be refunded.
